As a Painter, you are essential to the property’s readiness and leasing goals week‑to‑week. You will use your attention to detail to professionally paint recently vacated apartments and prepare them for rent to new residents.
Responsibilities- Use one year of general maintenance experience to prepare all paintable surfaces in the unit, including patching, sanding, and priming.
- Neatly and cleanly paint prepared surfaces and complete clean‑up and touch‑up work before the move‑in date.
- Produce professional‑level paint jobs with minimal touch‑up work and mess, meeting baseline time targets of two to four hours for touch‑ups and about eight hours to paint an entire unit.
- Commit to a safety‑first approach, creating a safe working environment for the team and a safe living environment for residents.
- Work full‑time, Monday through Friday.
- Maintain your own toolkit; equipment and supplies are provided for most work orders.
- Use company‑owned or personal vehicle as needed; a valid driver’s license is required.

- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in property management, hospitality, or a service industry environment.
- Prior experience in general building maintenance or painting in a commercial or residential environment preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Committed to attending regularly and punctual.
- Excellent attention to detail, aesthetic instincts, and color vision.
- Strong communication skills.
- Respectful, responsible, and organized with good time‑management.
- Ability to function in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Work hours:
7:30am to5:00pm, Monday‑Friday, occasional weekends. - Travel occasionally via company‑owned or personal vehicle.
- Frequently lift or move items up to 25lb; sometimes up to 50lb.
- Use hands to manipulate tools and objects, adequate vision, stamina, and dexterity.
- Stand, walk, climb stairs and ladders, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in various weather conditions.
