Primary Responsibilities- Conduct quality control and security checks daily.
- Replace light bulbs, fluorescent tubes, ceiling tiles, and air conditioning filters as needed.
- Maintain landscaping by weeding and watering plants and shrubs.
- Remove all trash, paper, and debris from parking area and grounds.
- Perform custodial duties and heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.
- Occasionally service minor plumbing, clogged drains, and toilets.
- Change signage and fuel prices to remain compliant with franchise requirements.
- Wash interior and exterior windows, doors, and mirrors weekly or as needed.
- Maintain service fuel pump islands with necessary supplies.
- Maintain a safe and clean store, restroom, parking lot, gasoline pumps, and islands by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Permanent full‑time or part‑time positions available; seasonal or per diem (as needed) positions available at designated sites.
- Position serves a specific area/region, not a specific store location.
- Local travel may be required for this position.
- Shifts normally during the day, Monday through Friday.

- Must be 16 years of age or older due to power tool use; under 18 requires a Minor Work Permit and compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications- Excellent communication and guest service skills.

- Task oriented.
- Ability to understand safety requirements.
- Dexterity and troubleshooting skills.
- High school diploma preferred but not required.
- Underground Storage Tank Certification obtainable during training.
- Maneuver and move about location premises up to 8 hours.
- Reach items overhead, at waist, and floor level frequently.
- Lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Ascend and descend steps, stools, or ladders frequently.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling fuel or chemicals.
- Compliant with ADA for reasonable accommodations.
