** Job Description
** CSP's Sarepta facility has an opening for a Facility Tech on the 3:00am - 11:30am shift.
This position is responsible for maintaining plant and facilities in a clean and well organized manner which will provide a safe working environment for employees and meet all environmental concerns in this area.
** GENERAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*** Collect oily rags from red containers and transfer to proper disposal containers.
*
* Note:
Kevlar Steel Hand Gloves must be worn when dumping trash into compactor. This will prevent injury from happening due to sharp objects that may be inside the trash bag.
*** Sweep and clean plant floor using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.
* Maintain cleanliness of equipment.
* Maintain cleanliness of plant grounds.
* Maintain work equipment in a clean and orderly manner.
* Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
* Label container with proper GHS information, when transferring from original container to new container. All mop water needs to be disposed of in the mop water disposal area.
