FMM is seeking a motivated professional to fill our Maintenance Technician position. FMM is a maintenance and construction company servicing both residential and commercial clients nationwide.

• Make decisions using the 5 values of FMM:

• Responsible for all preventive maintenance, necessary maintenance, and minor repairs to the buildings mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Possess working knowledge of building mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, life safety, fire protection, and security systems to ensure proper operations.
• Act upon any conditions that are out of the ordinary.
• Conduct periodic general preventative maintenance, including lubrication, adjustment, cleaning, replacement of consumable parts, and periodic testing of equipment.
• Perform general building maintenance as needed.
• Manage day-to-day operations and scheduling of Facilities Technicians to perform general repairs and maintenance.
• Assist technicians with issues at client facility.
• Perform all assigned work to ensure the safety of building occupants and continuous operation.
• Be familiar with and conform to all written operating procedures associated with the site.
• Adhere to operating procedures to ensure staff operates efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure client contract compliance is upheld.
• Manage vendor contracts, reviewing with client as needed.
• Maintain communications with client, responding to all phone calls and requests in a timely manner.
• Address problems with staff and vendors to provide seamless service to clients.
• Generate and send standard reports to clients.
• Review open and completed work orders to ensure accuracy of labor, parts, and vendor costs.

• 5 years experience in a general maintenance role.
• Knowledge of commercial systems.
• Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft programs.
• Ability to perform maintenance related tasks in the field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• A take initiative mindset.
• A strong focus on customer relations.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
• Ability to pass a Fit for Duty Screening.
