Location: Prairieville
We are seeking a dependable, hands‑on Full‑Time Janitorial Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations, fill in at assigned sites as needed, and train new hires across multiple locations from Baton Rouge to Hahnville. TWIC card required for the position.
The ideal candidate leads by example, ensures high-quality Service Master standards, and is comfortable traveling between sites as needed. This role requires strong leadership, flexibility, and technical floor maintenance skills. The candidate also ensures quality standards are met and is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications- Minimum 5 years janitorial experience (supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to train and motivate staff
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, and emergency coverage as needed)
- Attention to detail
- Time management and organization
- Problem‑solving ability
- Professional and customer‑service oriented
- Reliable and punctual
- Great communication skills
