Race Trac is a leading retailer of fuel, convenience, and travel center services across the southeast USA. The Dedicated Advanced Service Technician will maintain and repair Race Trac Travel Center and EDO store locations, ensuring continuous operation and high safety and cleanliness standards.

20360 Obrien Rd, Groveland, FL 34736. Position may be assigned to other Race Trac locations as needed.

• Resolve maintenance and service issues at Race Trac sites to maintain 24/7 operability and enhance profitability.
• Treat stained areas with chemical degreaser and perform daily pressure washes of store sections.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, and other work areas; maintain on‑site trash management.
• Execute tasks with high skill level and optimal customer service.
• Serve as a knowledge expert in general maintenance: HVACR, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, food service/beverage equipment, and petroleum dispensing systems.
• Accurately maintain equipment, tools, and inventory.
• Provide project support to cross‑functional departments on initiatives related to stores.
• Respond to ad‑hoc maintenance requests from store personnel.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable local and state facility guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Cross‑train with other ASTs in multiple trades.
• Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform bending, standing, and reaching tasks.

• General maintenance knowledge and repair procedures.
• Ability to use common tools and office equipment.
• Food and beverage equipment repair knowledge (preferred).
• Fuel dispenser and pump repair knowledge (preferred).
• Technical School training in HVACR or electrical (preferred).
• Experience in a retail maintenance environment (preferred).
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience (preferred).
