Maintenance Engineer
- Maintains overall operation of the maintenance department and ensures appearance and working order of the hotel.
- Requires overall maintenance knowledge and troubleshooting ability with skills in painting, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, equipment and tool usage.
- Physical ability to bend, lift, stand or walk all day.
- Serves as main point of contact for vendors, coordinating, inspecting, and ensuring completion of work from outside vendors.
- Manages inventory of tools and supplies and secures all items properly for safety.
- Assists General Managers with special projects and tasks as requested.
- Works independently as well as with others.
- Required to be on call and respond to after‑hours emergencies.
- Attends monthly Maintenance Meetings and all‑staff meetings.
