Location: New Orleans
Lynd Management Group, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in New Orleans, LA. The role reports to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, performing general maintenance and repairs to keep apartment units and facilities in good working order.
You will handle service requests and make units market-ready. Responsibilities include prioritizing work orders, maintaining HVAC equipment, plumbing and electrical repairs, and making ready units for new tenants.
