Holiday Inn is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to oversee the maintenance department and hotel facilities on-site. The role covers painting, HVAC, carpentry, electrical and plumbing, with hands-on maintenance and vendor coordination responsibilities.
Responsibilities include supervising external work, inventory control, safety, and supporting General Managers on special projects. On-call after hours and attendance at monthly maintenance meetings are required.
