• Maintenance leadership
  :
  Lead and coordinate the maintenance department to sustain plant availability and on-stream factors, achieve budgeted production and recovery, and control costs. Establish and promote strong safety and environmental compliance in maintenance activities for CF employees and contractors.
• Site leadership
  :
  Act as a key member of the Site Leadership Team, reporting to the General Manager, contributing to strategic planning and overseeing maintenance priorities within the site.
• Environment, Health & Safety (EHS):
  Demonstrate safety leadership, foster an open safety culture, ensure compliance with corporate, plant, and external policies, and maintain visibility of EHS performance as a core value.
• People leadership & development
  :
  Support employee engagement, capability building, and professional development; ensure consistent management of Maintenance Department personnel with site policies.
• Maintenance & reliability
  :
  Oversee maintenance activities to support safe and reliable operations; provide services across the site; implement predictive maintenance; advance a reliability-centered maintenance culture; ensure compliance with Mechanical Integrity and Process Safety Management programs; manage long-range planning, turnarounds, and budget adherence; support capital/turnaround planning and continuous improvement of preventive maintenance programs.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (required).
• Minimum of 10 years of directly related experience in maintenance leadership in manufacturing.
• At least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Willingness to relocate to the project site and travel globally as needed.
• Ability to obtain Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC).
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to interact with personnel from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong change management, analytical, and decision-making abilities; ability to collaborate with regulatory authorities.
• Physical ability to climb ladders and stairs and use safety harnesses; work with minimal supervision and self-motivation.
