Position: Floor Tech - Janitor I - OVERNIGHT

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Floor Care Specialist to join our janitorial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of hard flooring and carpeted areas.

* MUST HAVE FLOOR TECH EXPERIENCE

* MUST BE ABLE TO WORK NIGHT SHIFT

* MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WITH LIMITED OR NO SUPERVISION

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform floor care tasks such as stripping, waxing, and polishing hard floors to ensure a clean, shiny finish.

* Condition and clean carpeted areas using extractors, carpet shampoo machines, and other specialized equipment.

* Inspect floors and carpets regularly to identify areas that need attention.

* Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions and methods to maintain floor and carpet quality.

* Ensure all equipment, including extractors and carpet shampoo machines, is properly maintained and stored.

* Run periodic trash / recycle route.

* Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in floor care or janitorial services preferred.

* Familiarity with floor care equipment and cleaning solutions.

* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move equipment.
