Harbor Group Management is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the property's maintenance team, oversee preventative work, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and reliability across buildings, grounds, and amenities.
The ideal candidate has at least three years in multifamily maintenance with supervisory experience, HVAC/plumbing/carpentry skills, EPA HVAC certification, and strong communication to deliver excellent resident service.
