Housing Authority of New Orleans is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in New Orleans, LA for a full-time role. The position oversees maintenance, grounds, and property clean-up to ensure units are in good working order and pass regulatory inspections.
The role requires six years of general maintenance/repair experience or equivalent, with preferred completion of an apprenticeship or technical school. Reports to the Property Manager and coordinates work plans and inspections.
