Custodial Services Manager and Custodial Lead Positions that Report to you:
None
** Primary Responsibilities and Duties
*** Cleans restrooms, break rooms, offices, meeting rooms, entrances and other related facility areas.
* Strips, waxes and varnishes floor tile as needed.
* Clean, extract, dry and vacuums carpets as needed.
* Empties trash and fills dispensers when needed.
* Washes windows.
* Maintains equipment.
* Assists other maintenance personnel with painting.
* Performs other job related duties and special projects as required.
* Reports to work when scheduled and on time.
** Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker Characteristics
** Must have the ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions.
** Education and Experience
** High school or equivalent experience. Zero to one year of similar or related experience. Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
** Physical Requirements
*** Must be physically able to perform medium work: exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, 15 pounds of force frequently, and 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
* Visual requirements include vision from 20 inches or less to 20 feet or more with or without correction, color vision, field of vision, and depth perception.
* Must be able to perform the following physical activities:  Stooping, kneeling, crawling, reaching, walking, pushing, standing, feeling, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, climbing, balancing, bending, and repetitive motions.

** This position is exposed to noise, temperature extremes, dampness, dirt, and chemicals/solvents.
