Shintech Louisiana is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Plaquemine, LA plant. You will oversee the maintenance team and hourly workforce, plan and execute routine and major maintenance, and coordinate with planners, technicians, and Operations to keep equipment running efficiently.
Responsibilities include optimizing spending, maintaining equipment history, mentoring planners and technicians, and improving KPIs while ensuring safety and compliance with Shintech policies.
