Ochsner Health - - Responsibilities:
Respond to assigned departmental maintenance needs and perform repairs or replacement of equipment in assigned areas;
Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshoot electro/mechanical systems using specialized test equipment and hand/power tools;
Repair and maintain systems such as nurse call, fire alarm, television, medical gas, and ceiling systems;
Assist with repairs and upkeep of facilities structures and building systems; respond to emergencies and after-hours calls as needed;
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements and maintain documentation
