Compensation: $32.10/hr–$42.88/hr (plus overtime on occasion)

Relocation/Travel Support:
Relocation assistance available or $750/week living allowance for eligible travelers

The Sr. Pre-Commissioning Agent is responsible for supporting the pre-commissioning department in the diagnosis and repair of complex equipment and systems. The tasks and duties are building upon individual equipment knowledge to utilize a more holistic system knowledge.

• Startup The individual is responsible for starting up most complex equipment; assisting all levels technicians with complex equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and Repair Examples are Sequence of Operation/Controls/Hydronic Systems/VRV Systems.
• Support for Operations The individual are working with Engineers, Vendors and OEM's to correct mistakes/errors/changes etc.
• Facilitates the review of critical documents to generate the pre-commissioning plan with the operations team.
• Review of Submittal Documents This individual is verifying equipment on job and submittal match voltage/amps/HP/etc. Reviews Specifications to match Submittals.
• Mentoring of Other Employees This individual is providing direct mentoring to other employees, either within, or outside of the department. Develops newer talent through direct mentorship of other technicians.
• After Hours Work The individual works overtime on occasion.

• 30 hours of HVAC/mechanical-related continuing education or technical training.
• 8+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC experience, including startup, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair.
• EPA 608 Certification.
• Strong knowledge of more complex system concepts and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Ability to develop the following skills through mentorship, continuing education and hands-on activity:

• Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

This position is 100% onsite in Rayville, Louisiana. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. Eligible travelers may alternatively receive a $750 per week living allowance.
