Daikin Applied seeks a Facilities Technician IV for onsite work in Plymouth, MN. The role centers on repair and maintenance of facilities, systems and equipment, prioritizing critical repairs and ensuring safety and clean work spaces.
You will manage maintenance through x5 CMMS and monitor the BMS, directing contractors as needed. Requirements include a two-year HVAC-related degree, EPA 608 certification, 7+ years’ experience, and PIT certification within a year.
