Groundskeeper​/Machinery Detailer

Experience is required. Training is provided.

Kunau Implement is seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our award-winning service team in DeWitt, IA, as a Groundskeeper / Machinery Detailer. This role is essential in maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and organization of our equipment and facility. Working hours are M-F 7:30 am-5:00 pm.

• - Perform lawn mowing, weed trimming, and basic landscape maintenance (seasonal)
• - Wash and detail agricultural, construction, and lawn & garden equipment (interior and exterior)
• - Fuel equipment as needed
• - Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of service loaner machines
• - Move equipment between service areas, wash bays, and the parking lot
• - Keep service areas clean, safe, and free of debris (including snow removal)
• - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash bay
• - Support the service team with additional duties as assigned

• - High school diploma or equivalent
• - Valid driver’s license
• - Ability to safely operate agricultural and construction equipment
• - Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
• - Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• - Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• - Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• - Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs., occasional lifting up to 75 lbs.
• - Ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• - Comfortable bending, stooping, and reaching overhead
• - Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
• - Ability to work in various weather conditions
