Superintendent, Maintenance

CF Industries is seeking a Superintendent, Maintenance to lead maintenance operations across our technology facilities. In this role, you'll oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for critical IT infrastructure, building systems, and production environments, ensuring uptime and safety. You will manage maintenance staff and vendors, develop maintenance schedules, optimize asset lifecycle, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborating closely with IT and operations teams, you will use data-driven insights and CMMS tools to prioritize work, control budgets, and support a culture of reliability, innovation, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations for technology facilities and critical infrastructure
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Supervise, coach, and schedule maintenance technicians and contractors
• Use CMMS to plan, prioritize, and track work orders and asset history
• Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and vendor contracts
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate maintenance activities with IT, operations, and security teams
• Analyze equipment performance, drive root cause analysis, and implement improvements
• Plan and oversee maintenance projects, shutdowns, and upgrades
• Promote a culture of reliability, safety, and continuous improvement within the team
