These team members handle a variety of tasks, from loading and unloading barges and trucks to maintaining grain quality and ensuring safety compliance. • $17.50 - $20.00 per hour

• High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• No experience required
• Ability to lift/push/pull 45 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to climb, crouch, stoop, bend, squat, stand, walk, balance, kneel, grasp, and reach as required
• Ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions and in environments with high dust levels
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and/or alternate shifts as needed
• Ability to safely walk on barge surfaces and work around deep water
• Ability to perform work in confined spaces and at significant heights
• Ability to meet requirements of PFT and fit testing, and utilize all applicable PPE
• Basic mathematical skills
• Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Ability to follow directions and use logical thought process to interpret instructions and troubleshoot problems
• Ability to use tools appropriate for assigned tasks
• Ability to complete documentation requirements

• 1 year of experience working in an industrial environment with a dependable work record (preferred)
