Reports To: Cleaning Supervisor / Operations Manager

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Residential Move-Out Cleaner to join our team. You’ll be responsible for deep cleaning vacant homes and apartments to prepare them for new tenants. If you take pride in a job well done and enjoy independent work, we’d love to hear from you.

• Clean and sanitize all areas of empty residential units, including kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and bedrooms
• Clean inside and outside of appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, and microwaves
• Wipe down cabinets, counter tops, baseboards, doors, and light fixtures
• Clean interior windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
• Take out any remaining trash and leave the unit move-in ready
• Follow provided cleaning checklists and report any damages or issues

• Prior residential or move-out cleaning experience preferred
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to lift to 25 lbs and perform physically active work
