The Environmental Services (EVS) Lead oversees daily housekeeping and sanitation operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees, customersor guests. This role assists with assistingEVS staff, maintaining quality standards, and supporting training and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and assist to coordinate daily activities of Environmental Services team members.
- Ensure all cleaning and sanitation procedures are followed according to company standards and safety guidelines.
- Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to maintain cleanliness and quality standards.
- Assist with training, coaching, new employees.
- Address employee, customer, or client concerns related to housekeeping services.
- Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Ensure all team members sign out for the day.
- Serve as a working lead by performing cleaning duties alongside the team when needed.
