Kisco Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Colorado with responsibility for upkeep of the community, safety compliance, and a secure environment for residents, family members, guests and associates.
The role requires diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related systems, plus maintaining grounds and equipment. Availability is Thursday–Monday 8:30am–5pm; pay is $22.50–$25.50/hr; prior senior living or healthcare maintenance preferred.
