Talis Group’s client is a premier provider and installer of commercial casework, doors, door hardware, and specialty construction products located near downtown Louisville. Due to continued growth, they are adding a Project Manager to their team.

• 40-hour work week, Monday-Friday day shift.
• Rare local jobsite visits only - no regular travel.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Contractors and Customers.
• Review construction plans and blueprints to develop precise material take-offs.
• Partner with suppliers to prepare accurate, competitive quotes and bids.
• Manage projects from proposal to purchasing to installation, ensuring timelines and specifications are met.
• Develop and oversee project schedules, coordinating cross-functionally to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate material deliveries to align with installation schedules.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges, material discrepancies, or plan changes.
• Maintain proactive communication with Customers and Contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

• 4+ years of experience of project management in the construction or hardware and specialty industry.
• Proven ability to interpret blueprints and create accurate material lists.
• Strong relationship-building skills with Customers and Contractors.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive problem-solver who enjoys troubleshooting and finding solutions.
