• Use engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and all other related documents to assemble HVAC units/sub-assemblies.
• Ability to use an assortment of hand/power tools.
• Keep equipment and work area clean and orderly.
• Complete unit paperwork and QC checklist.
• Reporting of defective equipment to Supervisor.
• Install and wire (if applicable) dampers, actuators, supply fans, power exhaust fans, condenser fans, breakers, transformers, etc.

• Gain knowledge of applicable health and safety legislation as well as plant safety rules to perform duties safely and in compliance with all KCC rules and regulations.
• Participate in toolbox talks & monthly training.
• Take every reasonable precaution for the protection of your coworkers.
• Take immediate action to address unsafe acts or conditions and report issues to management.
• Assist in accident investigations (as needed) to identify the root cause in a timely manner.
• Complete accident and incident reports (near miss) in a timely manner.

This is a full-time position working 8 hours per day with possible overtime.
