Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a 300‑unit apartment community in Louisville, KY. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for ensuring the property is safe, well‑maintained, and operating efficiently.

- 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience required
- High School Diploma or GED
- HVAC certification and EPA certification required
- Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry
- Experience leading turns, work orders, and preventive maintenance programs
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced apartment environment
- Oversee daily maintenance operations for a 300-unit community
- Lead, train, and support maintenance technicians and vendors
- Manage work orders, make‑readies, and preventive maintenance schedules
- Ensure all safety standards and compliance requirements are met
