Reynolds Consumer Products seeks a Maintenance Shift Supervisor for our Louisville, KY manufacturing facility. Lead a team of 5–20 maintenance technicians in preventative/corrective maintenance, repairs, and equipment upgrades to keep plant production running smoothly.
Responsible for planning, safety, and collaboration with production, engineering, and procurement to optimize uptime and cost. Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills required. Union experience is a plus.
