Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on hotel infrastructure (ceiling tiles, sheetrock, wallpaper, walls, paint);
Replace basic electrical fixtures, switches, receptacles, light bulbs and fixtures;
Perform minor plumbing tasks;
Assist with curb appeal tasks (snow removal, lawn care, gardening, trash removal);
Follow sustainability guidelines via Earth View program and maintain safe work practices per MSDS/OSHA
