Maintain the grounds, building and equipment for the health campus.;
Make daily rounds to proactively identify and address maintenance, equipment and safety concerns that could impact residents' health, welfare, safety, and satisfaction.;
Perform repairs as needed on equipment, building and grounds.;
Assist with the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal and state regulations.;
Assist with driving the health campus bus for required maintenance appointments or resident trips as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
