Kentucky Performing Arts was honored on Dec. 20, 2019 for our commitment to employee health and exceptional corporate health programming. As a Maintenance Technician III at Kentucky Performing Arts (KPA), you play a key role in making sure the show goes on at Kentucky's premier arts venues.

Maintenance Technician III is a hands-on lead position. You will provide support to all central systems of KPA, offer guidance to KPA Engineering staff, contact and communicate with vendors and contractors, and attend meetings. You will perform maintenance and repair of central plant assets and equipment including chillers, boilers, pumps, air handlers, cooling towers, and HVAC equipment, and you will maintain and monitor Energy Management Control Systems for temperature control and lighting scheduling.

This skilled position is responsible for carrying out the repair and maintenance of the physical buildings and is involved in the overall operations of Kentucky Performing Arts as directed by the Chief Engineer.
