Lead Facilities Maintenance Technician

Louisville, KY

$30-$32/hr. (negotiable)

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex facility equipment across various building systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, and Life Safety systems
• Monitor and calibrate HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors, overseeing quality and pricing of maintenance work
• Support site operations by working independently after onboarding, with regular meetings with onsite leadership

• High school diploma or GED with technical training in electrical, refrigeration, or HVAC systems
• Universal EPA Certification
• Ability to analyze system operations, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions
• Strong customer service and communication skills for stakeholder interactions
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including climbing and lifting
