Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaner to join our operations team. This position is essential in helping us maintain high standards of cleanliness at our client properties. The ideal candidate is motivated, trustworthy, and takes pride in delivering consistent results.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience preferred (commercial or residential)
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical work for extended periods
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends if needed

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, break rooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces
• Remove trash and recyclables from designated areas
• Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Report maintenance issues or supply needs to supervisor
• Follow cleaning checklists and safety procedures
• Ensure completion of assigned tasks within scheduled time frames
• Lock up properties and ensure premises are secure after cleaning (as applicable)
