Plans and lays out work from blueprints, sketches, drawings, specifications and work orders;
Operates forklifts on uneven conditions to unload vehicles and move materials in outside storage yards;
Uses gas welding torch processes such as oxyacetylene, oxyhydrogen, arc processes, gas tungsten arc, gas carbon arc and various electric resistance welding processes;
Makes a wide-range of welds, from simple to precision welding, including welds of dissimilar metals;
Works with light, heavy gauge and hardened metals such as mild steel, carbon alloy steel, stainless steel, copper/brass, cast iron, nickel and bronze
