Maintenance Planner

AWS/CES is looking for a Maintenance Planner for our automotive manufacturing client in Louisville, KY

• Location: Louisville, KY
• Schedule: 6am-2pm
• Pay: up to $26/hr
• Job Type: Full-Time

Our client is seeking a self-directed and organized Material Planner to support the Purchasing and Maintenance departments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced manufacturing environment
, can manage multiple priorities, and is comfortable working with computers, inventory, purchasing, and maintenance systems.

• Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders
  .
• Maintain accurate inventory records for maintenance parts and supplies
  .
• Perform data entry and updates within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Generate and maintain Preventive Maintenance reports
  .
• Coordinate sending tools and equipment out for repair
  .
• Verify and maintain non-production parts inventory
  .
• Assist with reconciling Procurement Card (P-Card) purchases
  .
• Research vendors and maintain accurate supplier information
  .
• Communicate with sub-suppliers regarding purchased services
  .
• Maintain plant office supplies and assist with other tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
• Support the Purchasing and Maintenance teams with daily administrative and organizational needs.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous purchasing, inventory, maintenance, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working with computers and entering data accurately.
  
  Ability to work daily or weekend overtime as needed
