Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role will oversee a skilled maintenance team, ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and drive continuous improvement.

• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team, including scheduling, training, performance management, and accountability.
• Oversee electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repairs.
• Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with Production, Engineering, and other departments to support plant performance.
• Manage maintenance inventory, spare parts, tools, vendors, and equipment upgrades.
• Support new equipment launches, including design reviews and equipment run-off.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, EHS, and company requirements.

• 7–10 years of maintenance/engineering experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• 5–9 years of automotive industry experience.
• 4–5+ years of direct people-management experience

• Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, delegation, and accountability skills.
• Ability to use data and process controls to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
• Strong professionalism and business acumen.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
• Ability to work extended hours/overtime and travel to customer or other company sites as needed.
• Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment, including climbing, lifting, and confined spaces.
