Universal Health Services - - - Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance work including carpentry, electrical, mechanical, housekeeping, and fire safety.;
Maintain facility grounds (blowing parking lot, trimming hedges, cutting grass) and maintain facility vehicles.;
Complete daily rounds to ensure issues are operational for employees and patients.;
Perform routine maintenance as scheduled by the Director of Facility Operations, including HVAC filter changes and vacuuming vents.;
Deliver supplies within the facility.
