Louisville Gardens located in Louisville, Ohio is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Assistant to help keep our building in top shape and running smoothly. If you’re the go-to person for fixing things, enjoy working with your hands, and take pride in a job well done, we want to meet you!
What You'll Be Doing:- Fixing equipment and replacing worn-out parts
- Doing small projects like assembling furniture, patching walls, replacing light fixtures, or tightening up loose railings
- Taking care of the grounds — raking, pulling weeds, clearing debris, and keeping outdoor areas tidy
- Helping with event setups and keeping things clean and organized
- Checking on heating and cooling systems and making sure everything’s running smoothly
- Pitching in wherever you're needed — every day is a little different!
- General handyman or maintenance experience — if you can fix it, patch it, paint it, or make it work, you’re our kind of person
- Someone who takes pride in their work and pays attention to the little things
- A team player who’s reliable and ready to lend a hand
- Ability to work independently and safely with basic tools
