Maintenance Supervisor responsible for overseeing maintenance personnel and ensuring upkeep and repair of all facilities.

• Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks, including preparing vacant units for occupancy and preventive maintenance.
• Assist with interviewing, screening, and recommending potential service, housekeeping/custodial, and grounds personnel in conjunction with the manager.
• Assist in training all service, housekeeping/custodial, and grounds personnel.
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Initiate improvements to processes and maintenance methods.
• Maintain MSDS sheets and replacement logs.
• Hold maintenance team accountable, ensuring attendance and performance expectations are met.
• Schedule and supervise all vendor work.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and delivery of necessary supplies and equipment under the community manager’s direction and approval.
• Ensure OSHA standards and company safety policies are complied with at all times.
• Handle lock‑outs from evictions and provide 24‑hour response to service requests.
• Be available on an on‑call basis.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Remove snow and ice as necessary.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.

• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Self‑motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Full‑time position: $35.00 to $38.00 per hour.
