Facilities & Safety Specialist - Security & Maintenance

Full-time, Year-round Positions

• Security role that regularly interacts with guests and staff and assists them in various capacities. Responsibilities include monitoring Ski Area properties, securing buildings, locking doors and gates, and monitoring the property for fires, alarms, hazards, and other emergencies. Other duties include accurately documenting incidents, parking lot management, and serving as liaison between the police and fire departments.

• Responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities, including kitchen equipment, heating and ventilation systems, and plumbing fixtures. Oversees compliance regarding fire protection systems and elevator maintenance contractors, performing monthly inspections. Works with state inspectors to facilitate bi‑annual boiler inspections and monitors equipment and conditions at water and wastewater plants. Experience with refrigeration and CFC certification is a plus.
