Position: Detail-Oriented Cleaning Specialist Location: Lowell, MA Shift Options:

• Evening: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
• Monday Through Friday

Schedule: 5 Days a Week - (10 hours per week)

Hourly Pay: $20 – $25 (based on experience)

• Deep cleaning and sanitization of restrooms and shared facilities
• Precise vacuuming, including baseboards, corners, and under furniture
• Knowledge of disinfection and sanitation best practices
• Strong awareness of high-touch points and potential contamination areas
• Confidence in identifying and correcting small cleaning concerns proactively

• Perform daily floor care: sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Sanitize and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and high-traffic areas
• Dust and clean furniture, ledges, fixtures, and surfaces
• Restock consumables: toilet paper, soap, paper towels and other supplies
• Empty, clean, and re‑line trash and recycling receptacles
• Safely use and maintain janitorial tools and equipment
• Wear required PPE and follow strict safety guidelines
• Communicate facility needs or maintenance issues to supervisors
• Assist with additional duties and special projects as assigned

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Transcend participates in E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor (standing, bending, walking) for extended periods
• Must clock in and out from the job site using our digital timekeeping system
• Availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts as scheduled
