Apartment Porter

Heritage Properties is seeking a dependable and motivated Porter to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal of our apartment communities in Lowell and Tyngsboro, Massachusetts. This position works at multiple properties each day, supporting the maintenance team by keeping grounds, common areas, and vacant apartments clean and well-maintained while providing outstanding customer service to our residents.
What You'll Do

• Maintain the appearance of apartment grounds, parking lots, sidewalks, patios, mailbox areas, and common spaces.
• Assist with apartment turnovers and preparing units for new residents.
• Perform light landscaping duties.
• Assist maintenance technicians with moving equipment and supplies as needed

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Good communication, positive attitude and customer service skills.
• Groundskeeping, custodial, landscaping, or maintenance experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Valid driver's license, reliable insured transportation, and the ability to travel between multiple properties daily (mileage reimbursement provided).
• Comfortable using a smartphone and email for daily communication.

Compensation & Schedule

• $21/hour
• Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
