Heritage Properties is seeking a dependable Porter to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal of our apartment communities in Lowell and Tyngsboro, Massachusetts. This position works at multiple properties each day, supporting the maintenance team by keeping grounds, common areas, and vacant apartments clean and well-maintained while providing outstanding customer service to our residents.
The compensation includes $21/hour with a Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM schedule.
