Service Technician - Villas at Old Concord

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing issues and making repairs according to safety policies and code requirements.;
Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing, including pre-move-out inspections and punch lists, and coordinating vendors as needed.;
Access and obtain materials, supplies, and tools from the property maintenance department, track usage, return unused items, and inform supervisor about re-orders.;
Complete documentation and paperwork accurately and promptly to document and track service requests.;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, painting curbs and signage, and performing related tasks as needed.
