Temple Janitorial Cleaner

This position is for custodial services at a temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter‑day Saints. Only members of the Church who are endowed and have a current temple recommend qualify for this specific position. • Clean and maintain building interiors, including floors, carpets, furniture, fixtures, walls, and glass surfaces.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Properly use and handle chemical cleaners and cleaning solutions according to established procedures.
• Dust furniture, walls, light fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Clean and service restrooms, including restocking supplies.
• Collect and dispose of trash and waste materials.
• Clean and sanitize tabletops, chairs, and common‑use areas.
• Maintain janitorial closets in a neat and orderly condition and ensure equipment is in good order.
• Request and maintain adequate cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Notify supervisors or management of maintenance needs, safety concerns, or repair issues.
• Maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, coworkers, and clients.
• Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
