Hotel Equities - - Responsibilities:
Maintain overall operation of the maintenance department and the appearance and working order of the hotel;
Administer maintenance and life safety programs including purchasing, preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, and life safety;
Log and follow up on maintenance request orders;
Communicate with Assistant General Manager, OM, and/or General Manager regarding building condition and related systems;
Supervise external contractors who may be employed for maintenance work
