Clean and polish tile floors and vacuum carpeted floors throughout the facility;
Vacuum, sweep, mop, buff, shampoo, and wax all floor surfaces in the common areas;
Shampoo carpets and furniture in resident apartments and offices;
Maintain floors and carpets within the Community; keep equipment and supplies in proper condition;
Assist in training new Floor Tech personnel
