Position OverviewAll Saints Episcopal School is seeking a reliable and skilled Facilities Specialist to support the
daily maintenance and operations of our campus. This position plays a key role in ensuring a
safe, clean, and fully functional learning environment.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in facilities maintenance, including basic
electrical and plumbing work, along with strong technology skills to support building systems.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs across campus buildings and grounds
- Troubleshoot basic electrical systems (lighting, outlets, switches)
- Complete light plumbing repairs (fixtures, leaks, clogs)
- Conduct regular inspections and address maintenance and safety concerns
- Support preventative maintenance programs
- Assist with setup and breakdown for school events and activities
- Support facility-related technology systems
- Use digital work order systems to track and complete tasks
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade training preferred
- 3+ years of facilities maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
- Strong technology skills and comfort with digital systems
- School or campus experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
- Team-oriented with a positive, service-minded attitude
- Commitment to safety and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Full-time position
- Occasional evenings or weekends are required for events or urgent needs
- Active school environment with frequent interaction with students and staff
