Position Overview

All Saints Episcopal School is seeking a reliable and skilled Facilities Specialist to support the

daily maintenance and operations of our campus. This position plays a key role in ensuring a

safe, clean, and fully functional learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in facilities maintenance, including basic

electrical and plumbing work, along with strong technology skills to support building systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs across campus buildings and grounds
  • Troubleshoot basic electrical systems (lighting, outlets, switches)
  • Complete light plumbing repairs (fixtures, leaks, clogs)
  • Conduct regular inspections and address maintenance and safety concerns
  • Support preventative maintenance programs
  • Assist with setup and breakdown for school events and activities
  • Support facility-related technology systems
  • Use digital work order systems to track and complete tasks
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade training preferred
  • 3+ years of facilities maintenance experience
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
  • Strong technology skills and comfort with digital systems
  • School or campus experience preferred
