Directs the work of ramp agents as they unload and load the cargo bin on commercial aircraft. Drive and operate small specialized commercial vehicles. Provide day to day work direction to passenger service representatives. Physical demands include heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, stretching, and standing for extended periods of time.
This role requires you to maintain a safe and secure work environment, in accordance with local health, safety, and security policies and procedures.
What you will be doing:
- Performs new employee introduction to work area, explains work rules, uniform policy, time clock process, office-terminal procedures and provides overview of department operations.
- Trains employees on specifics or assigns employees to work with an experienced representative.
- Ensures that employees are fully trained on company policies and procedures including telephone procedures, cash handling, security procedures and systems.
- Promptly handles all customer service complaints with a focus on positive resolution.
- Supervise Lead Agents; allocating agent resources as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Must have a flexible schedule

What we are looking for:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to supervise up to 10-15 agents.
- Maintain a valid driver's license, with a good driving record.
- One year college certificate or technical school, six months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable of computer software programs.
