- Conduct preventative maintenance to keep facilities in top shape.
- Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety guidelines.
- Experience in caulking, basic plumbing, repairing garbage disposals, ice makers.
- Trash removal, parking lot clean up, carpet shampooing, cleaning duties throughout hotel inside and out. Any duties assigned by mgmt.

- Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related field (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
